How to make dried flowers？
There are many ways to make dried flowers, here are four common methods for your reference:
Method 1: natural wind dry method
1. Choose your favorite flowers, preferably complete and beautiful.
2. Remove the excess branches and leaves, tie the bottom end with a string, so that the flower heads are separated from each other, and hang upside down in a dry, warm place without direct sun and ventilation.
3. Tie the string every few days, because the stems will thin as the water dissipates. Be careful not to touch the petals.
4. The dried flowers will be ready in about 3 weeks.
Method 2: desiccant sealing method
1. Pour out the desiccant in the usual food bag or shoe box and evenly spread it in the box.
2. Place the flowers face up between the desiccant and close the box.
3. Desiccant will change color after absorbing water, using a transparent box can always observe the dehydration of flowers.
4. Wait about a week for the dried flowers to be ready.
Method 3: Microwave oven baking method
1. This method is suitable for flat plants, such as daisies, marigolds, etc.
2. Lay the flowers flat on the paper and separate the flowers from each other to avoid sticking together after drying.
3. Fold the paper in half, press the plant inside, and place in the microwave.
4. Use medium-low heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute, remove and cool naturally.
Method 4: Book pressure drying method
Step 1 Choose small, flat flowers, such as violets.
2. Find a bottom plate (such as newspaper, cardboard, etc.), lay the flowers flat on it, and pose the shape you like.
3. Press large and heavy objects (such as large dictionaries, heavy boxes, etc.) on top and wait for at least 1 week.
